We do assist departments and programs, to the extent possible, with the following services:
- The CES Brand Guide: Complete with our colors and color codes, and guidelines on language, font, colors, and imagery.
- Proofing: There is a CES Guidelines document that provides our rules about formatting for all and any CES document, including project reports, publications, and more. If you are working with an outside author or freelance writer, please provide the document to them. Our Guidelines follow the APA Style.
- Formatting, Design and Layout: See a folder of logos, brand style elements, and guidelines here. We design promotions of all kinds, publications and materials, help with slide presentations, infographics and more. Designs for both print and the web, social media, promotional items, infographics, reports, presentations, and more
- Development of colors, logos, branding and imagery for projects
- External Print Procurement, including promotional items
- Stock Photo identification and acquisition. Lauren manages our stock photo accounts, and can help you to find a specific image you may need.
- Business Cards: Lauren will order them for you! Use the Business Card Order Form.
- At times, our departments and programs need help to get high quality photographs of their work or events. If you have a need like that, please contact us at communications@collaborative.org. Both Kathy and Martha take photographs, or if they are not available, we also have a CES digital camera on hand which is sometimes loaned out for an event. There is also a purchased image library in the google drive, available for all CES staff to use.
- Please note: publishing photographs of the adults and children that participate in our work in any public way means we must first have a media release signed by the subject or, if a minor, their parent. For this purpose, we have a standard set of CES media release forms available in google that have been approved by our attorney.
