Facilities & Maintenance Requests
The Operations Team manages all facilities and maintenance requests for 97 Hawley St. and 228 Pleasant St. in Northampton.
If you have a need, whether it’s a plumbing issue or need some furniture moved, please email facilities@collaborative.org and include as much detail as possible regarding your request. A Google Form will be linked under the support menu in the near future as well. Please note that we contract out for maintenance services so unless there are health and safety concerns, we try to wait until we have multiple requests before we schedule them to come out. We will do our best to meet your needs in a timely manner though.
HEC Academy Requests: All facilities requests for HEC Academy should go through either Sherry Smith or Michelle Geoghegan first, they will then submit a ticket.
Furniture Needs
If you have a need for furniture whether it’s for your home office or on-site, please get in touch with your supervisor and they should then submit a ticket with the request by emailing facilities@collaborative.org
