Reminder:
- Open Enrollment will be happening in Paycom!
- Our medical plans are changing — we’re moving from HPI to BlueCross BlueShield of Massachusetts.
- As a result, you MUST make a new election during Open Enrollment to ensure you have coverage starting July 1, 2025

HOW TO USE PAYCOMM FOR ENROLLMENT
If you have questions about the plans, or which plan may best meet the needs of your family, please book some time with Jess Cassidy, Art Scott or Suzanne Judson-Whitehouse during the Open Enrollment window. We will also have multiple Benefit Open House sessions (found on the CES Organizational calendar) where you can ask questions of our team.

What if I have gotten prior authorization from HPI for services that will be provided after June 30 of this year?
There will be a transition of care so if you already have any prior authorizations in place with medical or prescriptions, these will be transferred to BCBSMA in mid-May. Please ensure that your providers are billing HPI for any services incurred through 6/30/2025 and then BCBSMA beginning 7/1/2025.
