Reception and Administrative Support

Administrative Support Services and Reception work to ensure that guests have a warm welcome when visiting 97 Hawley Street. Whether on the phone or in person, we help launch a positive client service experience that teachers, schools, funders, and other organizations appreciate when collaborating with CES. As hybrid work has changed our lives at the office, Reception also functions as an information hub for local staff. 

Admin Support and Reception work with multiple departments throughout the organization to assist with purchases, office & kitchen supplies, copy projects, invoices, materials for meetings, outgoing mail, and other support services. 

Reception at 97 Hawley Street is staffed from 8:30am-4pm each business day. Before scheduling special pickups and deliveries such as pallet deliveries, it’s helpful to confirm the timing with Reception. 

To Contact Admin Support and Reception about projects, orders, or invoices, please email adminsupport@collaborative.org. This creates a ticket that is handled by the first available staffer. You can also reach Reception by dialing x5909 or 413-588-5909. 

Please note: The Operations Team manages all facilities and maintenance requests for 97 Hawley St., 123 Hawley St., and 228 Pleasant St. in Northampton. If you have a need, whether it’s a plumbing issue or need some furniture moved, please email facilities@collaborative.org and include as much detail as possible regarding your request.

Booking Conference Space:
