CES Values Orientation Training

Staff members: Please Click Here to RSVP

The CES Values outlined in our strategic plan are core to our work in all areas of the organization: A Culture of Community and Care; Equity and Inclusion; Self-awareness and Growth; and Action and Transformation. In this one-day interactive session for any CES employee, participants will have an opportunity to dig into each of these values and explore how they apply to and inform our work. We especially encourage newer employees to sign up. This session serves as an introduction to equity work at CES, as well as an opportunity to connect further with others new to the CES community.

This orientation is offered in-person at 97 Hawley, and will be offered in person at another location in Central Mass.

This is a required training for CES employees. Initially, we will focus making this training available to new or more recently hired employees.

This will be offered three times a year, with two concurrent sessions running each time, so that we can include up to 60 members of our staff each time.
